The Domaine Mosconi can be found at the heart of the famous megalithic formation forming the Stantari-Cauria-Paddaghju triangle. In this sacred place, cooled by sea breezes from the nearby Tizzano bay, the domaine enjoys a privileged location with the Cagna mountain as a backdrop.

As is common in the world of island winemaking, the Domaine Mosconi is above all a family affair: “My brother and I grew up among the vines. My father was really keen to develop the area around the plots of land that my grandfather had created; we planted almost 2,000 trees and removed tonnes and tonnes of stone to make the domaine what it is now. Our modus operandi: producing quality and honouring our traditions (Corsican grape varieties, hand picking, no chemical fertiliser, no pesticides) in a harmonious place, says Albert-Emmanuel Mosconi with passion.

Currently, the domaine, which consists of 13 hectares for production, 6 rental cottages and a shop, is entering a new era under Albert-Emmanuel’s guidance: “Were going to develop the unused plots and recultivate old local grape varieties, which are very promising, they are major assets which are just asking to be put to good use, he concludes with confidence. His famous velvety reds and delicate fruity rosés are the best proof of the sincerity of his commitment.
